    <description>&lt;P&gt;I piad $200 full premier filing. Someone filed my returns, somehow intuit rolls over last year "foreign income" preferences-&amp;gt; deletes my old returns, and opens new filing and stuff. Customer support is terrible --&amp;gt; I've been routed to 4 calls already --&amp;gt; same screenshare, we'll fix this. Hang up, file will close and you'll see the filed returns. But I don't see it! No one is willing to provide a formal case ID and open a bug for the technical developer team!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
