Called customer service but they cannot help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Their response is I have to wait. The request form notes response will be given in 5 to 7 days.&amp;nbsp; It's more than 7 days. Why would the same issue be posted multiple times since 2021 and still exist in March 2026.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;!-- /data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_bodytext_260315_181203_121.sdocx --&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see you have requested a refund twice, on March 4th, 2025. Multiple requests cannot expedite the process. Due to the high volume of requests during peak tax season, the refund process can take up to two to three business weeks. We are still within the SLA timeframe, but I have looked into this for you and gotten it resolved. I have sent you a private message; please check your community inbox.&lt;/P&gt;
