topic TT do not calculate QPP overpayment in Troubleshooting

I'm in Quebec and the total QPP contributions for 2025 were $5232.32, as I changed jobs mid year. The initial version of TurboTax correctly calculated a QPP overpayment of almost $500. Then, yesterday the software was updated with a new version and in this new version the QPP overpayment is $0 (line 452 of Qc return), which is incorrect. The phone support representatives made me do, for almost 2h, all sorts of adjustments on the REL-1 and T4 slips without any success in forcing the software to properly calculate the QPP overpayment.

The error was clearly introduced by the software update (some sort of incorrect validation rules).

When should we expect to have the error fixed?

I apologize for the frustrating phone call experience you had. I've asked the designated department to give me a call back so they can screen-share and look into this for you. A callback takes 24 to 48 hours. We appreciate your patience. Thanks
