    <description>&lt;P&gt;so turbo tx was working fine for 2 months now nothing. it wont get past the checking server for latest updates screen. comes on for 1 second then off and then nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been dealing with support for 4 days and absolutely unable to find a cause yet. The specialists have been looking into it and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I have been using TT for about 25 years and no issues until now. If not fixed soon will request my $$$ back and move onto other tax software that will work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just so fed up&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:14px;"&gt;Please make sure that you don't have any security/anti-malware software on your computer that's blocking TurboTax. You also might want to try restarting the program as an administrator. To do this, right click on the TurboTax icon and select "Run as Administrator".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;There's also been an update to TurboTax Desktop, so try uninstalling &amp;amp; reinstalling the software. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/download" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
