Turbo Tax Premier T4PS & RL-25

There is a glitch in the software. When we enter the amounts on the T4PS slip, the Capital Gains amount does not transfer to the Quebec RL-25, in Box B. When you click Box B it brings to the another screen and the amounts are not there. This issue needs to be corrected. When you click Box B on the RL-25 slip, it asks us to override by pressing F2 to insert the amount in the capital gain box.

@alfieri1957 As suggested above, contact our Product Support team. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and can investigate this issue for you.

i contacted product support team person and was not helpful at all. she said maybe wait for updates

i contacted product support team person and was not helpful at all. she said maybe wait for updates, there is a glitch in the software. it doesn't auto link the capital gains in box 34 of T4PS to Box B of Rl-25

Contacted support team spoke to someone and we shared screen and said that he was writing to the person i guess in charge of this software and they told him it would be settled in two or three hours because they are working on correcting and updating other forms too. So far no updates and problem is still there. Hopefully they are working on correcting these software glitches. So many problems this year with the Turbo Tax Premier Federal and Quebec version, very disappointed. I hope they are working on recitifying these problems.
