Turbo Tax Online FHSA deduction issues

I am using Turbo Tax online and doing taxes for 2025.

When I input my information from the FHSA slip and submit. There is no deduction or credit added to my refund.

Through further digging I noticed that no matter the software just tries to carry over the FHSA amount to next year.

There doesnt seem to be anywhere in the online version where you can specify that you want the deduction on this years taxes. Might have to try a different tax filing software.

Tried calling customer service but they were no help.

Here is how you can enter your deduction.

Please ensure that your T4FHSA slip is entered correctly in the income section.
Under the Notice of Assessment section, enter the information from your 2024 Notice of Assessment as requested.
While you are doing the tax return, Click continue until you see the picture below.
Under "How much do you want to deduct for 2025 " you can choose the amount you would like to deduct for the current year. If you prefer, you may select a smaller amount so that the remaining deduction can be carried forward and claimed in a future tax year.

I am not getting this option at all. I enter all of the details from my FHSA. The next option is to finish with this form. No option on how much to deduct comes up.

Follow the steps from the beginning as shown in the screenshot below. I will also suggest clearing cookies and cache and trying a different browser. Sometimes it helps. Go through the all sections and add the information to get to that page.

I thought I replied to this. I deleted the slip and reentered and this deduction page did not come up.

I have tried multiple browsers at this point. Clearing cache and cookies. I might just have to do my return through [another software] this year. Frustrating to say the least

In TurboTax, select Tax Profile > Your Tax Profile and make sure that FHSA is checked off.
