    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for some help with a TurboTax issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Last year, I created two TurboTax accounts using the same email address and phone number:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The first one was for myself only&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Later, I created another account to include my spouse&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Only the second account was paid for, and the tax return was successfully filed last year.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This year, I’m trying to log into the account that contains last year’s filed return so I can carry forward the information. However, TurboTax keeps logging me into the other account (the one that was not used to file).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve tried multiple methods but still can’t access the correct account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to resolve this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
