Online form disappears

This is with TuboTax online version. The last page of the Profile section pops up and disappears without allowing for any selection. I accidentally made a selection on this page when I did the profile, the first time, and have since realized I made the wrong selection. When I redo the profile to correct my mistake the last page appears and disappears quickly with no way to make any selections. I have cleared my browser cache, tried a new browser, and even tried a different computer. There is no change in the behaviour.
