Quebec NETFILE error - Turbotax found issues that prevent the creation of a valid file necessary to NETFILE in Quebec

When attempting to NETFILE a return in Quebec, I get the following error:

This is despite having had no errors in the Review process prior to netfiling (and making no choices when answering the netfiling questions that could cause a NETFILE refusal). I suspect this error is related to the following error I got when attempting to save the PDF version of the same return:

Form TPF-1.U is one of the Quebec summary forms that feature the 2D bar-codes used by Quebec. Obviously I would much rather not file on paper so any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Hello

I am having the same issue as of yesterday. I called turbo tax support group and there were of no help at all.

I spoke to 6 representatives and 7 hours later, no one was able to help me.

I requested to speak to a supervisor and no one called me back. This is the worst support I have ever received by a support line.

Can anyone help me with this issue so that I can file my Quebec return.
