      <description>&lt;P&gt;Product:&amp;nbsp;TurboTax Standard 2025 Desktop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. In EasyStep mode, for checkbox options that contain a link to the help documentation, when clicking on the help documentation link, the checkbox will select (if deselected) or deselect (if selected).&amp;nbsp; When exploring more information on a topic, this defect can alter your return if you don't notice the change in checkbox selection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;In EasyStep mode, in the T5013 Summary screen, several issues exist:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) The Filer's account number field is only 9 characters when this value on the T5013 slip is a 9-digit business number (BN) followed by a 2-letter and 4-digit code (usually RZ0001).&amp;nbsp; Users cannot enter the last 6 characters.&amp;nbsp; This field is not required but useful for audit purposes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) The Partner's share field is only two decimal places when this value on the T5013 slip is 7 decimal places (e.g.&amp;nbsp;0.0000003), standard decimal precision for a majority tax filers.&amp;nbsp; This field is not required but useful for audit purposes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c) After clicking Done with T5013 Slips on the T5013 Summary screen, the&amp;nbsp;Reconciliation of 2025 T5013 Income screen appears.&amp;nbsp; Clicking No on this screen returns to the&amp;nbsp;T5013 Summary screen, resulting in loop.&amp;nbsp; There is no way to advance past the&amp;nbsp;2025 T5013 Income screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. There is a three-installation limit on TurboTax Desktop (in addition to limits on the number of returns you can file) which contradicts standard software agreements.&amp;nbsp; In my case, I am a Mac owner/user and I do not have a Windows laptop. I prefer to not use the TurboTax online version, which is Intuit's (poor) answer to porting the product to Mac. In my case I have to borrow work/family Windows laptops to file my return, requiring multiple installations.&amp;nbsp; This year, I exceed the three-installation limit for the first time.&amp;nbsp; TurboTax Support refused to reset my installation count and recommended I purchase another license.&amp;nbsp; When I requested to escalate to a manager, they refused and closed the case.&amp;nbsp; The case number is&amp;nbsp;[phone number removed]2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
