I have been using TurboTax for 10+ years and have always used the Premier edition. You can imagine my shock when I got ready to submit my returns only to discover TT was trying to charge me $240 for two returns using Expert Help. I neither requested nor need TT expert help.&nbsp;</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>TurboTax has put some crappy pop-up in the middle of the tax form completion experience in order to trap customers. This is totally unacceptable.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>After speaking with a customer service rep, they provided two (completely useless) alternatives: 1. pay the the $240 and then request a refund (yah, why would I trust TurboTax; they have clearly demonstrated they are untrustworthy); or 2 restart a new refund. Why should I waste my time. The tax returns are complete.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Having used this platform for many, many years I am very disappointed in this experience.
