      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called earlier to report this problem and was told it would take only a couple of minutes to fix. I have exited the application, reopened it, and run the TurboTax update, but the &lt;STRONG&gt;error is still appearing&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need a resolution. I still have several returns to file, and I will be travelling tomorrow night, so I will not be able to deal with this afterward.
