Pension splitting optomizer fails completely

I always split my pension. This is my first year getting the Premier version of TT. Splitting always worked with TT Basic, in the past.
This year, TT tells me my max this year is around 29k out of my total 58k. After using the optomizer, TT says that the optimum split is the full max amount. That's fine... BUT! The final summary show the FULL 58k still under my name as income AND the 29k under my wife's name as income.

That's not splitting. That's multiplying. Splitting would divide the total 58k between us, not to turn that into 87k. If the splitting isn't working, how do I know the Optomizer is working?
