Accidentally checked the self employed box and my review said i earned $83.00 I unchecked the self employed box and saved but it still says i eared $83 how do i remove?

You cannot just uncheck the box to remove this Self-Employed income. You'll need to go to Income > Self-Employment > Self-Employment Profile. Now put a check mark beside Professional, Commission and/or other type of business, and continue. On the T2125 Business Summary you can choose to "delete" the business statement which you made an entry on, as shown in the screenshot. 

(Note, if this income comes from a T4A slip - Box 20 or 48, you must complete the T2125 Business Statement and file your return that way.)
