Are expenses for Passport renewal claimable as a deduction?

Amounts paid to Passport Canada total $160.00 for renewal, plus photos ($17.75), plus mailing of $28.40. Is this expense claimable on tax forms? Where ?

Unfortunately, there is no deduction available for passport fees.
