Box 48 on T4A

I work full-time as a nurse and received a T4 for that, but I worked 1 day as a background actor last year and received a T4A with an amount written in box 48.

Turbotax is asking me to input the "source of box 48". What do I put? The options are business, commission, professional, farming and fishing. I tried choosing one of these options and then I received a list of errors when I tried to file. I don't know how to proceed from here. The errors are making it sound like I own my own business, but that's not true. I only worked for a background agency this one time.

The list of errors are:

-You have indicated that you have self-employment income but your province of self-employment is missing.

-Your business or rental address is missing information (i.e. number and street) or it has a character that can't be used. These include an ampersand

-You have entered an invalid industry code.
-Your province of self-employment is different from your province of residence. TTO does not support Multijurisdictional returns. Review your entries.

Thank you.

The amount in box 048 of a T4A slip is reported as self-employment or business income on line 13500 of the tax return and must also be reported on Form T2125, Statement of Business or Professional Activities. Reporting a T4A slip with income in box 48 - Canada.ca

You do need to fill out T2125. Click 'FIX" to correct the errors. Add the home address to fix a few of the errors and add the province as well.

To check what industry code applies to you, please refer to this CRA guide: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Canada 2022 Version 1.0
