Search for "Home Accessibility Expenses" from the search engine on the top bar. This kind of expense has to be made by the senior who needs the renovation or by the house owner where the senior resides.
If the taxpayer or the senior can claim the disability tax credit, then this expense can be claimed as a medical expense too under the medical expense profile.
