Can I claim moving expense when I move from my home country to Canada as a full time student in a university? Does the moving expense includes all accommodation fee?

You can only claim moving expenses to attend school if you received a taxable scholarship, bursary, fellowship, or research grant.  Otherwise you are not eligible for moving expenses.  If you did receive taxable educational income, there are limits on the accommodation.
