Yes, you can deduct any expenses related to your Self-Employment income
Your Self-Employment income and expenses will be completed and filed at the same time you file your personal tax return. To do so you will need to complete the T2125 - Statement of Business Activities form.
If you are looking for the T2125 form in TurboTax Online, you can find it by looking in the Self-Employment section. Although you will not see the actual form, you will be able to make your entries here to complete it.
You can search using the Find button for Self-Employment, or you can go to the sidebar in TurboTax Online > Income > Self-Employment > Self-Employment Intro. From here you will be able to enter all the information concerning your Self-Employed income and complete the T2125 - Statement of Business Activities.
