Can I deduct healthcare expenses during the period I was self-employed?

I spent approx $1000 on psychotherapy services for a 6-month period during which I was self-employed. How can I deduct these expenses or earn a credit?

Yes. You can deduct Private health services plan premiums for you (and/or your employees).
