CRA is quite clear that you cannot deduct the cost of special clothing you wear or have to wear for your work.  Please see CRA: Supplies - Employment expenses However, you are entitled to the Canada employment amount of up to $1,245 to help offset some of the expenses you may have incurred as an employee (on line 31260). The maximum amount of the credit, for the 2020 tax year is $1,245.

Canada Employment amount allows you to deduct your work-related expenses such as uniforms, supplies, computers in the public and private sector.  TurboTax will automatically calculate and claim this amount based on the employment income you are reporting.
