Can I reduce CCA on my rental condo 4% to adjusted amount in Area A Calculation of CCA claim (Box 12 amount).

can I reduce CCA on my rental condo 4% to adjusted amount in Area A Calculation of CCA claim (Box 12 amount).

I try to overwrite in CCA Claim sheet, but I get message that If I overwrite, I will not be able to Net file.

Fortunately I get a tip from turbotax "Your non-refundable credits exceed your tax payable.  Consider reducing capital cost allowance in your self-employment or rental income."  Nice to save some money.

You can do this and you should be able to NETFILE.  The message you are getting is just letting you know that you are overwriting.
