Can I use the simplified method (0.55 cents/km) to claim mileage expense against self employed uber income?

Uber provides me with a record of km driven with a rider. I  don't see an option to use the simplified method in the program for self employed.

Unfortunately, CRA does not allow a "per km" option for self-employed vehicle expenses.

To claim these expenses, you'll need to know the total kms driven in the year for business (Uber) and the total kms driven overall. The amount of vehicle expenses you can deduct is based on that percentage.
