Canada-Office expenses question- is this allowed?

We have an office shared by two people. My partner does not want to share all expenses. Is it okay if we share unequally? Will CRA object? Like rent, phone secretary salary etc? Partner proposes 75% and 25%. Or will CRA insist we share equally?

Whatever your partnership percentage is - is what you use to calculate your shares of your office expenses.  It doesn't matter the % each of you incur - as long as it totals 100% of the expenses incurred together.

If my percentage is half do I enter .50 or just 50 for the question that says

your percentage of the partnership (%) in turbo tax program?

You put 50 and the software makes it 50%.
