CCA for a vehicle

My friend  bought his car 3 years ago in 2016. He started becoming an Uber Driver in December 2018 using the same vehicle. Can he claim any CCA at all since he already had his vehicle when he started the new business? And if Yes, what should he enter for the cost of vehicle?

He could claim CCA for the month of December and going forward. The vehicle would be listed as an "addition" in the CCA section of the vehicle expenses. Use the fair market value (you can obtain this info online) of the vehicle from the time he started using it for business - December 2018.
