Do I just do one return for her or do I have to do a T3?

My mother passed away in August 2017. No will.  I received two T4A(P) forms.  One prior to date of death and one for the death benefit.  She also had a $6000 T4RIF and a T4(OAS).  Can I do one return or do I need a T3
