Do I manually enter all capital gains/losses transactions on the capital gains profile sheet? I have no T5008's, but I have T3's and T5's.

No. Enter your T3 and T5 slips in the Income > T-Slips section.

If there are no T5008's, it is still unclear as to whether the gains all need to be entered manually.

If your gains weren't reported on t-slips, you need to enter them manually.
