Employment credit mileage - my husband is an Advanced Care Paramedic who is unable to work in MB because there is no such position. Can he claim mileage to SK to work.

In order to work at his level of care as an ACP he has to travel outside the province. Manitoba Health is the only province without this position. He drives 5 hours one way twice a week. He is not self employed or a contract employee.

Unfortunately, no.  Your husband is not able to make any claim for the size of his commute.  CRA's position is that you choose where you live...how far or how close that is to your place of work is up to you.
