Ontario teaching membership fee

I am an ontario high school teacher, and we pay an annual membership fee of 150$, We receive a form that says we can claim our 150$ however i do not know where to put this information

Enter the amount as Union, Professional or Like Dues. To enter professional dues not included on your T4:

1.  Go to Deductions > Payments Profile > Union or Professional Dues

2.  You can enter up to 10 receipts for union and professional dues on this screen.  Click continue to save.
