I need to claim employment expenses for the first time. What do I enter in the CCA section?

I don't pay for my gas, but use my personal vehicle I purchased before I got this job.  I am entering my insurance, registration and repairs expenses, but is that all I need to enter?  What about the information my employer gave me on the T2200?

Enter the Class of vehicle (10 if FMV less then $30K and 10.1 if FMV more then $30K). The UCC field will be left blank (used in the following year). Enter a date for purchase being the day you started the new job and required use of the vehicle. Then provide a FMV (Black Book, Auto Trader) for your vehicle on the day that you started using it for work. Note that you cannot claim a value of more than $30K.
