You can override the amount of CCA in TurboTax Free Online by going to:
Income Tab > Rental Properties > Rental Summary
Select Edit on the rental property you wish to adjust the CCA claim
Select the checkbox beside Details of Other Owners, then select Continue
Enter the Partnership share (%), then select Continue
If you also want to override the CCA calculated by TurboTax, select Continue until you find the page titled "[Your Name], here's your capital cost allowance for your assets", and you can edit the CCA For Year
