Hello - CRA is asking i complete a schedule 5 section 305 based on my return. would you be able to assist with this?thanks marlene

You can print the Schedule 5 from the Canada Revenue Agency website at https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/cra-arc/formspubs/pbg/5000-s5/5000-s5-18e.pdf.
