How can I access schedule 1 for a dependent? It seams that the software functionality is limited on this, or there are no relevant links.

With TurboTax Online you do not get the forms - only if you use the CD/download version. In the online version you can click on Find on the top right and type in dependant. You will then see information regarding your dependant.
