How do i access a second moving expense form?

my son moved twice for work in 2017.  We filled in one moving expense form but do not know how to enter a second form.

In TurboTax Basic Desktop edition - (CD/download)

To return there go to the top to FIND type in Moving - then keep clicking continue till you see the page "Moved a Second Time during the Year"  click on YES and complete it.
