The CRA has included new fertility-related expenses that can be claimed. "If you could not claim these fertility related expenses in previous years, you can ask for an adjustment. You can request an adjustment for previous years for up to 10 calendar years from the year in which you make the request."

Unfortunately, there's no easy process for this. You'll need to file an adjustment to each year's tax return individually.
