I am unable to use the free software so how do I clear the information already entered?

What you can go is: Go to Tools > Return Manager > Create a new return. Then, go back to the Return Manager and delete the return you completed that you want deleted.

If you are using TurboTax Online, Tools is at the top of the screen on the right.

What if I already paid? The program is giving me an error even though I removed conflicting information and the check box is accurate...the error being generated (which is not correct) prevents me from NET filing, but I have already paid...
