In order to help you with this, we will need more information about which amount you are needing to correct.  Please contact us in private on Social media so we can help you further. You can find us on Facebook or Twitter.

If you have recently filed your return do not try to file again for the same tax year, as it is not approved by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). To make changes after you have filed your return, the CRA requires that you wait until you’ve received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) before filing an adjustment. The CRA link, How to change a return, provides steps on how to make changes to your return by mail or online. The online process could take up to 2 weeks and the mailing process could take 10-12 weeks. You may also be able to ReFile your return using TurboTax if you filed electronically. The following link is a TurboTax FAQ that provides instructions on filing adjustments. I have filed my tax return. Can I still make changes?

Thank you for using TurboTax.
