How do i remove the premium bundle from my purchase. i don't want it and didn't select it, but it's being added to my receipt

It only gets added if we accept it. You can either go back to where it asks if you want it and go  back again, then once you continue to go forward and if it ask again you say "No". If this doesn't work  you will need to start your return again from scratch.
