How do I upgrade from TurboTax 2018 Free to one of the paid packages?

Every time I go to the TurboTax main page and choose the $19.99 option, it takes me to log in, which then takes me to the 2018 Free return. How can I fix this?

When you log into your TurboTax account directly, choose the option to start a new return. Then choose the Standard version.

If you've already started your return in the Free version, open your return and choose the Upgrade option on the left side, near the bottom.
