I already keyed in my mom's info but box 331 of Schedule 1 does not accept the claim?

I want to claim the caregiver amount of $6883 for my mom.  I already prepared a return for her.  The pop up window to line 331 showed all her info.  But the amount does not show in line 331 of schedule 1.  What should I do?

Line 331 of the Schedule 1 is for medical expenses (prescriptions, etc.) you're claiming for dependants other than your spouse and minor children. Check Line 307 instead (or, if you're single and claiming your mother as your eligible dependant, Line 304) for the Canada Caregiver Amount.
