I am a carpenter and require small tools and equipment to perform my job, do I include this under "Supplies & Materials" or does it go under "Other Supplies"?

It would depend on how much these items. If they are inexpensive, you can put it under office supplies. But if they are more than a few hundred dollars, you would claim it using capital cost allowance (CCA).
