I am disabled. will that appear somewhere?

I have been disabled for several years and was part of my last few returns.

Unfortunately no, you will have to report this on your return, but TurboTax makes this process easy. To report your disability and any eligible claims, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to TurboTax.ca and sign in to enter your return
  2. Go to the left navigation pane/menu
  3. Click Deductions 
  4. Click Disability Amount
  5. From here you will be asked various questions about your disability so that you can claim all possible credits/benefits.
  6. Always make sure to click on Continue or Done at the bottom of each screen to save your information.
