I am self-employed and my accountant filed my tax returns for my incorporated business (no salary drawn). Do I still need to select that I'm self-employed in Turbo Tax?

I am self-employed and my accountant filed my tax returns for my incorporated business (no salary drawn). For a portion of 2017 I was also employed and have a T4. I'm doing taxes jointly with my wife using Turbo Tax . Do I still need to select that I'm self-employed and complete all the forms for income and expenses?

No. If your business is incorporated then it's now considered a separate entity from you.  All income/expenses related to the business would go on its own T2 return. So even though you own and work for the company, you're no longer "self-employed" for tax purposes.
