I am trying to report a US stock redemption, instructed to report it in Section 3 of Schedule 3. Where do I find this? Also where can I find form T2209?

Foreign taxes paid, you would claim it  under Deductions tab - Payment Profile -  T2209 - Foreign Tax Credit
