I bought a CD but need to return it and buy on line code

I don’t have a CD drive. I didn’t keep ,y receipt. I bought it from Staples

You can use our TurboTax link to download your 2023 Desktop/Download software. Choose the version you have already purchased and use the same license code received. If you still choose to return your CD you will require a receipt. To apply for a refund, you can follow this link and choose From another retailer in the form: How do I get a refund for a TurboTax product?
