I disposed of a computer and bought another one. It had unused CCA and was sold for less than this amount. Where does this get entered?

If the computer was used for business, you'll enter information (including the remaining CCA balance and the selling price of the old + the cost of the new one) in the Fixed assets section of self-employment/business portion of your return.
