I don't have my citizenship but I have permanent residency in Canada however the only option in the personal information section is whether I'm a Canadian Citizen or not.

When using TurboTax Free, you will select your residency status under the drop-down menu that asks for your province of residence as of December 31, 2017.  If you are unsure of what to select, it will be best to contact the Canada Revenue Agency at 1 800 959 8281.
