You should be able to see them now. Please make sure that you log out of your TurboTax Online account- and log back in. Then go page by page to make sure everything is there.

Perhaps I'm not being clear. On the expenses home page it says:
Expenses
Home Office
Total Claimable for 2023 Not Started
Amount To Carry Forward: $xxxx
When I drill into it, I see all my expenses and the appropriate amounts. Why does it still say Not Started? How does this affect my return? Or does it?

You were clear , I just needed to make sure that you had signed out and signed back in to your online account as the update should have fixed that issue.

I decided to start another return and the error is no longer there. I'm good with this.
Now my question is - I paid for my TurboTax back on Feb 24; now when I try to go and file my taxes, it is asking me to pay for it again. I can't get past it without putting in my credit card info for the second time. I'm logged in with the same credentials as before. What can I do?

I am 99% positive that I did my 2020 taxes with Turbotax online. I have 2 different logins (that I can remember) but I don't see 2020 in either one of them. I see the 2020 pdf version so I know I did it but how can I access the 2020 online versiosn to refile because I need to make a change.

If you are looking to see if you Netfiled your 2020 return, you can verify by going in your MyAccount or calling the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) at 1-800-959-8281.
