I keep getting this self-employment error on TurboTax online, even though I am not

I keep getting this error and I don't even know why:

Also, I have a T4A and an equivalent R1 for a filming session I did once (just 100$), whenever I fill them in (box 48, and O), TurboTax asks me to fill business address and industry code, even though a production company paid me.

Please help

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) considers Box 48 on the T48 to be self-employment or business income. So you will need to fill out some basic information in the self-employment section. You’ll need to at least enter your province of self-employment, your business address (your home address), your industry code, and your fiscal period (Jan 1 to Dec 31). You don’t need a business number or a GST/HST number unless you have one.

You can find your industry code here: https://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=1181553

The good news is that if you had expenses related to this income, you can report them in the self-employment section as well. This CRA pages talks more about what expenses can be claimed: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/businesses/topics/sole-proprietorships-partners...
