I moved for work. My employer reimbursed me for some of my moving expenses and this was listed as income on my T4 and taxed. Can I claim all my expenses?

The tax code is contradictory on this. It says I cannot claim money paid on my behalf, but it also says I can claim those reimbursed moving expenses that are declared as income. So which is it?
